Where are you located and can we call you on your office number?
We are based in Brisbane, Queensland however the designers featured on our egallery are located throughout Australia, in both regional and city areas.
Our office hours are 9am – 5pm EST however as an online business we are available via email at anytime. We do endeavour to reply to email messages we receive within 48 hours on weekdays, in most cases.
We can be contacted on our office number, however as we are often on the road seeking new and exciting furniture pieces and may at times miss your call. We offer a call back service and endeavour to call you at your nominated time. We feel that offering a call back is providing you with a higher level of customer service and will ensure that we have immediate answers to all of your questions.
Do you sell over the counter? Have a showroom or store? Can I test this product?
As we distribute directly from the designers and manufacturers all over Australia unfortunately we are unable to offer an environment for you to view or test an item in person at this stage. Don’t let this bother you - we guarantee the authenticity of listings for each item we sell. We personally have seen, sat and even visited the workshops in which they are made.
While we can not present our products to you in a showroom environment, we do like to think of our customers as super savvy in terms of knowing quality, and we encourage each and every customer to do their research on a product so they can be confident about each item they are purchasing.
