Is delivery included in the price?
Unfortunately, we are unable to include the delivery cost in the price due to the many and varied locations of each designer/manufacturer.
At this stage we will need to provide you with a delivery quote prior to purchase. Please email us or request a call back with your delivery address and the piece(s) you are interested in purchasing and we will provide you with a quote within 48 hours.
We will cover insurance of all pieces whilst in transit to ensure their safe arrival to your home or office.
When will I receive my furniture?
All items that are in stock are typically sent within 24 hours of your payment being received. Delivery time to most capital cities is usually 7 - 10 business days.
Please take note of the lead time needed for each product remembering that many pieces are handcrafted especially for you once your order has been placed. We will work with the designer/maker of your piece and contact you with exact delivery dates.
Products that are available for immediately delivery will state this in the product description.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Prior to dispatch you will be provided with details of delivery by email. This will include information on the carrier including their name and contact number, estimated delivery time, a consignment number as well as information on how to track your shipment.
Can I arrange my own delivery? Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow collection from a warehouse. The reason for this is that as 707.com.au, we sell on behalf of a number of vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their workshops around the country.
We are unable to accept outside courier services.
What are your delivery charges to city areas?
We are working with our delivery company to establish some standard delivery prices for delivery between major Australian cities. Watch this space for details in the near future.
I live outside a capital city, is delivery extra? Do you delivery to regional areas?
Yes, we can delivery to regional areas. Please email us or request a call back with your delivery address and the piece(s) you are interested in purchasing and we will provide you with a quote within 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally (outside of Australia)?

Do you offer delivery discounts?
We do not offer delivery discounts for multiple item purchases due to the various locations of pieces throughout the country. You will be charged the specified rate per each item ordered, unless otherwise specified via means of a promotion or sale.
Our delivery costs also include full transit insurance to protect your purchase, in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit.
Can you deliver my products together?
This depends where your products are made. In most instances, pieces are from workshops all across Australia with varied production times, we are unable to combine the shipment of your order. Each item will be sent separately with their own unique tracking number. For this reason, your items may arrive at different times.
Which delivery company do you use? Is the product insured during delivery?
The service we use is provided by PACK & SEND, They are specialists in the professional packing and freight of fragile, large, awkward and valuable items.
In addition, we choose to use the PACK & SEND Gold Service which provides our customers with a professional packing service, address labeling, document preparation, freight pick up and delivery to door, store or port, track and trace, plus protects the value of your consignment in the event of loss or damage.
